Who can see your information

Casa-Eye is designed around controlled access. Different types of users have different levels of access depending on their relationship with you or a property.

Owners control and manage access to their property information.

Professionals should only access information relevant to their authorised relationship or work, and never see another professional's private contact details.

Property Care Providers may access information relevant to properties they are authorised to care for.

Partners do not automatically receive access to property-level information simply because they participate in the Casa-Eye ecosystem.

Our intention is simple: the right people see the right information, for the right reason. Access is enforced in our database through role-based permissions and row-level security, and may change according to the permissions, relationships and functionality available within the platform.

Who we may share information with

We may share information with trusted service providers where necessary to operate Casa-Eye. Today these include cloud hosting and infrastructure, database, authentication and file storage, transactional email delivery, AI-assisted translation of messages and interface text, map imagery for property maps, and error monitoring.

Payment processing will be added when subscriptions go live; that processor is named in the Cookie Policy technology register once active.

We may also share information where required by law or necessary to protect Casa-Eye, its users or others.

We do not sell personal information simply because it has commercial value.

Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Casa-Eye does not normally need to store your complete payment card details itself.

Payment providers process information in accordance with their own privacy and security arrangements.

How long we keep information

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide Casa-Eye services
  • Maintain active accounts
  • Support legitimate property and service records
  • Meet legal, accounting or regulatory obligations
  • Resolve disputes
  • Maintain security

Retention in practice

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and why it is held.

When information is no longer required, we aim to delete it or anonymise it securely in accordance with our retention procedures.

  • Access to your personal information
  • Correction of inaccurate information
  • Deletion of information in certain circumstances
  • Restriction of certain processing

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to help protect the information held within Casa-Eye, including encrypted transport, role-based access control and database-level security policies.

However, no online system can guarantee absolute security. We continually seek to maintain appropriate safeguards and improve the security of Casa-Eye as the platform develops.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process information outside the UK or European Economic Area.

Where this applies, we will use appropriate safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

Changes to this Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time as Casa-Eye develops or legal requirements change.

Where appropriate, we will notify users of significant changes.
